Dolce Vita Yachting respects your privacy. This policy explains which personal data we process, why we process it and which rights you can exercise at any time.

2. Data we collect
Data you provide voluntarily: name, email address, phone number, the content of your message and any information you share about the yacht, charter or service you are interested in.
Technical data collected automatically: IP address, browser type, device, pages visited and the language preference stored in your browser.
3. Purposes and legal basis
We use your data to answer enquiries, prepare quotations for sales, charter or brokerage, manage the contractual relationship and fulfil legal and tax obligations.
The legal basis is the performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps taken at your request, our legitimate interest in replying to commercial enquiries, and your consent for optional communications.
4. WhatsApp enquiries
Some forms on this website compose a message that is sent through WhatsApp. In that case the content of the conversation is also processed by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy, and it reaches our business number +971 50 382 6007.
5. Sharing and transfers
Data may be shared with shipyards, brokers, surveyors, notaries, registries, insurers and financial partners strictly when needed to progress your request, and with IT providers acting as processors.
Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Retention
Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months from the last contact. Data linked to a concluded transaction is retained for the period required by applicable accounting and tax law.
7. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing and withdraw consent at any time by writing to viareggio@dolcevitayachting.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
8. Security
This website is served over HTTPS and we apply organisational and technical measures proportionate to the risk. No form on this site is used to collect payment card details.
